Western society is currently divided between people who know this is a man and are prepared to say so and those who know this is a man but lie out of obedience to an ideology. There is no third option. Literally nobody on earth thinks "Roxanne Tickle" is actually a woman.

Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn, then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us, O holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. Amen.

Why was Starmer giving instructions to police? He's not in their chain of command. They're supposed to be neutral & non-partisan. What did he order them to do? And what did they say in response? Starmer's career is crumbling. It looks like he wants to engineer a "moment".
Keir Starmer@Keir_Starmer

I’ll always champion peaceful protest. But the Unite the Kingdom march organisers are peddling hatred and division. We’ve already blocked visas for far-right agitators who want to come here to spew their extremist views. They don't speak for the decent, fair, respectful Britain I know.

How many people do you know that can get away with underpaying £40,000 in tax to HMRC and walk away without so much as a £100 fine? Incredible.

Wow, @Keir_Starmer just added insult to injury. Now he’s claiming that the people he banned are seeking to stir up “hatred which manifests as violence”. Hence, he’s now officially accusing us of wanting to incite violence. I will not stand for this.

40 years ago I was fined £1000 for not paying capital gains tax on the profit I made on selling my written down company car for a profit. I clearly remember being told by HMRC that ignorance was definitely no excuse which I accepted.
Dan Neidle@DanNeidle

An update on Angela Rayner. I wrote this morning that our team didn't understand why HMRC accepted Ms Rayner was not "careless", and so escaped penalties. I've since spoken to her lawyer, Graham Aaronson KC. The conversation was surprising.

Pleased to raise my first motion at the Scottish Parliament, seeking to condemn Ed Miliband’s proposal to formalise the ban on new drilling in the UK sector of the North Sea. Hopefully, the motion can generate some cross party support but unfortunately far too many MSPs back this industry destroying policy. parliament.scot/chamber-and-co…

Last year's Unite the Kingdom rally = 23 arrests Notting Hill carnival = 443 arrests Palestinian marches = >500 arrests. I'm not making a point about race. I'm looking at the facts about the threat level. This is @Keir_Starmer trying to hate-bait you into violence. RISE ABOVE his attempts to divide the country. Wave your flags. Drink your flasks of tea. Hug strangers - just like last year. And celebrate our history, our shared culture and our potentially great nation. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

The Free Speech Union
The Free Speech Union@SpeechUnion·
We have taken up the case of @ezralevant, a Gold member of the @SpeechUnion who has been refused entry to the UK to attend the ‘Unite the Kingdom’ rally tomorrow. After his ESTA was refused, he paid £1,000 to the Home Office to expedite a visa application because his flight is tonight. To date, the Home Office still hasn't responded. We hope our intervention will prompt it to issue a visa in time for him to catch his flight. Refusing Mr Levant a visa would be a clear breach of his rights. He's not a “far right agitator intent on coming to the UK to spew [his] extremist views”, which is how Sir Keir Starmer's described those who've been blocked from entering the UK for tomorrow’s protest. He is a Canadian commentator and journalist who has no criminal convictions and has never advocated violence, intimidation, discrimination or terrorism and rejects any assertion that he is ‘far-right’ or would make threats or spread hate. In reality, he simply holds views that the Prime Minister disagrees with. Perhaps it’s his outspoken support for Israel in its ongoing war with Hamas that has raised a red flag. Refusing Mr Levant a visa would be particularly egregious, given that Hasan Piker, the far left American political activist who has incited violence against Jews, has not been blocked from entering the UK. He's due to speak at at @unherd event on 5th June. Is it one rule for outspoken supporters of Israel, Prime Minister, and another for outspoken supporters of the Palestinian cause? Is that because you care more about not offending Britain's Muslims than you do about not offending British Jews? We very much hope that the Home Office will issue Mr Levant with a visa immediately and allow him to travel to the UK this evening.

@HumzaYousaf has said NOTHING about women being threatened, spat on, drowned out, and silenced right outside his Parliament. Or about women being denied entry by male security staff wearing rainbow lanyards for wearing suffragette scarves or Scottish Lesbian badges. And this young male is being protected? From who?
Humza Yousaf@HumzaYousaf

Shameful A young minority politician - who has broken no rules - is elected. Days after their election such is the abuse they suffer they have to be escorted by additional security staff. Those who have led the pile on to Q Manivannan should take a long hard look at themselves.

This is full-on hypocrisy from the extremist Greens. In the last term, a woman was expelled from a Committee hearing for wearing a scarf with the suffragette colours. But somehow, the Greens think it's ok to make such blatant political statements when being sworn in as MSPs. 🤷‍♀️

This is a disgraceful statement from the Prime Minister. The vast majority of people attending tomorrow’s rally are ordinary citizens who feel unheard and frustrated with how this country is being governed, by him. Labeling them as unpatriotic or far right agitators is a serious mischaracterisation of public sentiment. It's clear for all to see, Keir Starmer hates British people.

🚨NEW: Prime Minister Press Release ahead of Tommy Robinson's rally tomorrow: "Eleven far-right agitators have been blocked from coming to the UK ahead of the unpatriotic Unite the Kingdom march. We're in a fight for the soul of this country, and the Unite the Kingdom march this weekend is a stark reminder of exactly what we are up against. Its organisers are peddling hatred and division, plain and simple.  Violent thugs who spew hatred on our streets will face the full force of the law."

🚨BREAKING 🚨 The courageous Sall Grover @salltweets has just been ordered to pay $20,000 compensation + additional legal costs of up to $100,000, as punishment for knowing that men are not women. Jason 'Roxy' Tickle, seen in the video below, has been harassing Grover for five years. The lawsuit he filed against her was based on his claim that he was discriminated against for being denied access to a women-only forum found on the app Grover developed, called Giggle. This has resulted in Australia's legal test case for whether or not "gender identity" should supersede, and thus erase, women's rights. Today we learned that the courts of Australia prioritize the feelings of men who claim to be women over the reality of actual women. Main Appeal Costs: Grover must pay the respondent's (Tickle's) costs for the appeal up to a maximum of $50,000. Cross-Appeal Costs: Grover must also pay the cross-appellants' (Tickle's) costs for the cross-appeal, up to a maximum of $50,000. When reading out the decision, Justice Melissa Perry said, "Ms Sally Grover and Giggle for Girls Proprietary Limited, engaged in unlawful direct discrimination against the respondent, Ms Roxanne Tickle, on the ground of her gender identity... ... thereby treating Ms Tickle, who is a transgender woman, less favourably than a woman designated female at birth, seeking access to the Giggle app... The appellants are to pay to the respondent a sum of $20,000 within 60 days." "...The appellants [must] pay the respondents' costs of the appeal up to a maximum of $50,000... The cross-respondents pay the cross-appellants' costs of the cross-appeal, as agreed or assessed, up to a maximum of $50,000." Tickle, the man who initiated the complaint, has been playing on a field hockey team for females - where he has said the youngest player is 15 - while also sharing photos of himself using the women's change room. On his personal Instagram account, Tickle has also shared photos of his underwear and dilators, jokes about sex toys, and as well has posted several cartoons drawn by a Canadian transgender diaper fetishist. The transgender movement enables the worst and most perverse men to utilize the law in order to terrorize women who oppose their displays of public fetishism and voyeurism. The demands of men such as Tickle, men with sexual pathologies, are taken seriously by the courts while women who oppose them are publicly slandered. Gender identity ideology reduces women and girls to a male fantasy and fetish. Donate to Sall's costs here 👇🏻 gigglecrowdfund.com #IStandWithSallGrover #TicklevGiggle #TicklevsGiggle
Sall Grover@salltweets

**Giggle v Tickle updates** • Tickle has applied to cross appeal, wanting the decision upgraded from “indirect discrimination” to “direct discrimination” + more $$$ in damages and $$$ in aggravated damages. • The Australian Human Rights sex discrimination Commissioner has once again applied to intervene. They intervened as amicus curiae in Tickle v Giggle and interpreted the law to favor gender identity over sex/legal sex over biological sex. • The Australian Christian Lobby has applied to intervene on the side of sex based rights. • The case management hearing is scheduled for February 12 at the Federal Court in Sydney. • It is likely that the appeal will be heard in August, 2025. This appeal is to the full Federal Court. That means 3 Federal Court judges not 1. Due to the cross appeal, the hearing is likely to go for 3-4 days rather than the usual 1 in an appeal. • The reason the Giggle appeal is to the full Federal Court and not the High Court is because the Tickle v Giggle decision got both facts about the case & facts about the law wrong. So it remains a Federal Court matter. • After a full Federal Court appeal decision, the side who didn’t get the decision in their favor can apply to go to the High Court. As I have said from the very beginning, I am willing to do that if that is what is necessary. • The Giggle legal team is Stuart Wood AM KC, Bridie Nolan, Anca Costin and Katherine Deves. • The next updates will be after the case management hearing & will address whether the cross appeal & interveners were permitted. • As always, thank you everyone for the endless support. It is invaluable to me. This has been a very long & stressful process for 3 years and it’s not over yet. Ultimately, I am very optimistic. In part because I know I am right - men are not women - but also because it is clear that the global capture of gender ideology is falling. • For more information & donations, please visit gigglecrowdfund.com 🩷

Firstly, he isn’t a Dr. Secondly, he isn’t “non-binary”, because nobody is. Thirdly, people haven’t called for him to be deported for getting elected or for being trans or brown or whatever, but merely observed the simple material fact that people who breach their visa terms have no right to remain. Amusingly, it turned out that our legislaters created a loophole whereby being an MSP is not classed as work, despite paying almost £80,000 a year of public money, so in fact he does have the right to remain for now, subject to being granted a graduate visa, which will extend that by three years. It is highly UNlikely he’ll qualify for any other visa after that, and will not be able to legally complete his term, a farcical, position which people have rightly highlighted. Those are the facts of the matter. You have chosen to swerve all around them in order to launch a bitter smear attack on some women who have fought for years at considerable personal cost to clarify and uphold the law of the land and the rights of women. Ironically, as someone who has fought similar battles, also at considerable personal cost, you appear unable or unwilling to empathise with them. People can only speculate as to why you’re so hostile to the idea of women protecting their rights.
