@VPArnoldCC We’ll continue to work and lift through gym membership, but he loves getting after it with his buddies. I get that football is money maker, but it puts other sports at a disadvantage. Just my 2 cents.

Lack of weight room/S & C nuances in High School sports is a hill I will die on
Limited respect or understanding of male/female, seasonality, considering the time of year for a sport, travel schedules, sport specific performance needs, load management, etc
Kind of sad really.

One of the biggest mistakes I see in the high school setting is when football teams make athletes in other sports do offseason football plyos, sprinting, and weights while they’re in season elsewhere. - Disrespectful to other sports - Dangerous for athlete
