Ruto is no longer preparing to win 2027.
He is preparing for what happens AFTER Kenyans reject the results.
Look carefully at the pattern.
Njoki Ndung’u being pushed to the ICC.
Philomena Mwilu exiting soon.
Warsame already singing “respect the appointing authority.”
A carefully cultivated Supreme Court bench slowly taking shape around one man’s political survival.
This is not random.
This is architecture.
A 7 judge shield designed to sanitize disputed elections, neutralize constitutional resistance and protect power at all costs.
Kenyans must stop thinking rigging only happens at polling stations.
Modern state capture happens in the courts, in appointments, in institutions and in silent elite deals made years before an election.
Why is State House so invested in judicial positioning?
Why are loyalists being rewarded strategically?
Why is every independent institution slowly becoming politically obedient?
Because Ruto understands one thing:
The real battle after 2027 may not be in the streets.
It may be in the Supreme Court of Kenya.
Observe the SCOK carefully.
Observe the appointments.
Observe the silence.
Observe the programming.
This regime is not planning for democracy.
It is planning for legal protection after democracy is violated.
History has taught us one painful truth:
When the judiciary is captured, the citizen becomes powerless.
2027 will not just be about votes.
It will be about whether Kenya still has institutions strong enough to defend those votes.

This fuel increase is economic terrorism against Kenyans.
Petrol is up, Diesel is up. Transport will go up, food will go up, power backups will become more expensive, and every small business will be squeezed again.
You cannot keep looting, overtaxing and mismanaging a country, then punish citizens at the pump and call it regulation.

In 2006, I was a lecturer at the Kenya Medical Training College in Nakuru.
I was lecturing in the department of Clinical Medicine & Surgery, I taught Pharmacology and Parasitology (1st Years) and Pathology (2nd Years),
I was also supervising 3rd Years, Internal Medicine rotation in PGH Nyayo Ward lectured by Dr Babu Bora(RIP), and mentoring interns in the wards. Dr Murwa Muteshi was my immediate mentor.
My exams were probing critical thinking, and I didn't entertain reckless ward lessons.
For example, I would set a True/False question:
" Among the following, which one causes inflammation?"
• Tight-fitting pants
• Hot water
• Indomethacin
• None of the above
They would all struggle to answer this kind of question.
I demanded orderly history taking, properly documented physical examination and a sensible, structured clinical discussion during ward rotations.
I was an avid reader of Dr Sir William Osler, and would recite one of his quotes to my students,
"Medicine is learned by the bedside and not in the classroom. Let not your concepts of the manifestations of disease come from words heard in the lecture room or read from the book."
The HOD warned me that I am stressing these students by not setting straightforward questions from the curriculum and demanding clean ward presentations.
I would tell him that students of medicine must be critical thinkers otherwise they would mismanage patients including your grandmother back in the village.
The HOD looked at me, called Afya House to talk to Dr Kimani who was the DMS.
That is how I was transferred from Nakuru to become a founding teacher of Kenya Medical Training College, Webuye.
That was 20 years ago!

@amerix @JoelJirane Colleges, some, are better. The University is where real puppetry is hiding. Lectures are all theory, the practical aspect is under utilized. Exam stealing and lack of discipline has eroded all the quality.
