The Sanghathan Srijan Abhiyan meeting was held in a grand manner at Mahabubnagar, where the oath-taking ceremony of the District Congress Committee (DCC) executive body was conducted with great enthusiasm. The meeting was presided over by DCC President Sanjeev Mudiraj. I had the privilege of attending the program along with PCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud Garu and participate in the oath-taking ceremony of the newly appointed DCC executive body members. Several senior leaders and party members graced the event, including MLAs and AICC Secretary Sachin Sawant Garu. The program reflected the strengthened organizational spirit and collective commitment towards further empowering the Congress party at the grassroots level.

The remarks made by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma against AICC President and Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Shri Mallikarjun Kharge ji are deeply unfortunate and unbecoming of someone holding a constitutional position. Shri Kharge garu is a leader with decades of public service, known for his commitment to democratic values and social justice. Targeting such a senior leader with inappropriate language not only disrespects an individual but also undermines the standards of political dialogue in our country. At a time when people expect maturity and responsibility from those in power, such statements only reflect poorly on the spirit of public discourse. Differences in ideology should never translate into personal attacks. Himanta Biswa Sarma should withdraw his comments immediately and offer a sincere apology.
