@BlueShieldCA Thanks for being such a great company. When I try to log in I'm told my password is invalid. When I give up and ask for a password reset I am told the reset link has expired. You are the absolute worst. I have a colonoscopy Wednesday. Wonderful!

Both @Salinasvhealth and @BlueShieldCA are scammers. SVH claimed I'd only being paying so much while BSC accepted a claim they knews was not being covered and still both parties accepted and are now putting back-pay on the patient. Expect to pay more with both later on...

I think @Labcorp is straight up scamming people for money. I didn't approve of ANY testing and I'm getting an anonymous bill with no detail, no due date, and no info for what and charging through @BlueShieldCA with no approval. Worst off, during no office hours to cancel action.

@BlueShieldCA I've been trying to change my mailing address for over a month now and it has yet to get updated. Your site says to contact my employer. I did that and they confirmed they contacted CalPERS, which updated my mailing address. No change happened. Please help.

Starting this year, both my PCP and neurologist - both of whom I’ve been seeing for 22 years and treat me for chronic conditions - are no longer covered by my insurance. They both say they were dropped for absolutely no reason. @BlueShieldCA values profits over patients.

@BlueShieldCA please help. your website for submitting claims is insanely bad. i submitted claims back on Feb 8, 2026. those claims do NOT yet appear on your website to confirm that they were submitted. seriously. as a user, i have no idea if those claims are in process or not!!

And to think, I cant even get "pre-authorization" for an MRI on my shoulder I fell and separated LAST JULY. @BlueShieldCA says it's "medically unnecessary" yet I have surgery scheduled for it in 3 weeks. NO PRE-AUTHORIZATION is needed for the surgery just the imaging to show what you need surgery for. 🔥😑🔥

I don't know what is going on at @BlueShieldCA but I think they started changing plans and have me paying extra for my visit after I confirmed again before paying at the clinic if I'll be charged extra after leaving. They said no and still paying a surprised bill because of. BSC

@BlueShieldCA is calling everyone on my insurance plan for some kind of interview unrelated to any claims. They just called looking to talk to my son. Very vague and characterized it as some kind of check in. I'm sure it is some kind of data gathering under the guise of some kind of check in, which I don't want from an insurance company. Interested to know if anybody has a legal remedy for this.
