I'm leaving CA taking my family and business to the first state that eliminates Property Taxes. I pay $22,000 in property taxes alone in LA County and it's used to give foreign nationals free things and hundreds of millions to CHIRLA to create chaos in our streets every day now. @ChadBianco plans to give illegals a path to amnesty and he knelt at BLM. @SteveHiltonx was born in the UK, his wife is not a US Citizen and says he will use our money on Reparations for Blacks and DEI. If politicians running for office have to continue to tax us just to exist in our own home, they are not qualified to be Governor or making decisions about our state. No young person can buy a home and start a family in California. Our state is dying. Florida has zero income taxes. It's safe, clean a top tourist destination. I'm staying off X for awhile. I can't stand the hypocrisy of politicians anymore. They are all playing the "Game of politics" per @JDVance and it's at the expense of our culture, our sovereignty, our ability to afford everyday costs of living and taking care of our employees and family. Politicians are ALL on the same side; the D v R is fake and just a game to them all. Our government in the United States is now a Kleptocracy.

I am shocked and deeply saddened on the sudden passing of my friend and colleague, Lindsey Graham. He was a true American patriot who blended a wonderful sense of humor with a serious and dedicated sense of duty to our country. He will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I’d rather see parents or grandparents help their kids buy homes, start families, and build stable lives than watch their portfolios get slowly drained by endless cruises, excessive trips, and lifestyle upgrades. An inheritance at 30 while you’re trying to build a life can completely change your family’s trajectory.

Lindsey Graham came from humble beginnings and became one of the most powerful lawmakers in the most powerful nation on Earth. His story was a fundamentally American one. Early in my Senate tenure, I remember getting into a shouting match with Lindsey about a Ukraine funding bill at lunch and then learning the very next day that he was pushing rail legislation I really cared about behind the scenes. That was Lindsey Graham. He fought like hell for the things he believed in, and he was just as willing to go to bat for you when it counted. Lindsey had the best sense of humor in the Senate. He loved the game of politics. He was constantly asking which races were up and down, and how he could help. As he liked to say, “I don't care if you're an isolationist or a religious fanatic, so long as you have an R next to your name, I want you to win.” We certainly had our disagreements. But I couldn't help but like him. A one of a kind figure in our politics. I'll be praying for him and his family.

Insurance denied my friend’s MRI last month. Doctor ordered it. Said it was medically necessary. Insurance said they needed more documentation. Doctor sent more documentation. Insurance said they needed a peer to peer review. Peer to peer happened. Insurance denied it again. My friend paid $2,400 out of pocket. The person who denied it was not a doctor. Was not reviewed by a doctor. Was an algorithm trained to find reasons to say no. This is legal. This is standard practice. This happens 50,000 times a day in America.

5 Republican Senators cannot remove Senate Majority Leader Thune. It takes 5 Senators to force a party conference meeting, but it would require 27 Senators to remove him. Instead, we will primary a laundry list of incumbent Republican Senators in 2028 if they don’t give us the SAVE America Act. Thank you, Texas & Louisiana.

@Hunter19302 In my personal experience it's most likely a known but undisclosed illness like ALS, heart failure, etc. It happened to my BIL when he was 71. We all knew something wasn't right with him...but my sister didn't want to tell anyone.

Can someone explain this to me as if I were a second grader? What is a "sudden illness"? I’ve heard of heart attacks, strokes, and aneurysms, is "sudden illness" the same thing? Or did the person simply not have the luck that Trump had? This seems very strange to me. They have to clarify it within the next 24 hours. And be specific about what Lindsey Graham died of. We are living through extreme times with direct threats, and we need to know the truth.

South Carolina’s Governor can appoint an interim Republican senator to serve until the vacancy is filled under state law. But since Lindsay Graham had already won the Republican nomination just a month ago, the South Carolina GOP would need to choose a replacement nominee all over again. Here’s how this works. On the second Tuesday after today, candidate filing opens for one week. The special primary is then held on the second Tuesday after filing closes. So that’s July 28. If no candidate wins a majority, there is a runoff two weeks later.
