NEW: 17-year-old teen steals a cell phone and then immediately gets hit by a bus after he tried running off with it. The incident reportedly happened in São Paulo, Brazil. A 71-year-old man was seen walking down the street talking on the phone when the teenager snatched it out of his hand. When the teen tried escaping, he crossed the street without looking, getting hit and then dragged by the bus. The teen was rushed to the hospital but did not survive.

@PeterRMacIsaac Chem trails....it's happening more and more over Nova Scotia. It's easy to tell when plans are spraying aerosols...normal jet exhaust's water vapor disapates pretty fast. Chem spraying will hang in the air and spread out making the sky look kind of hazy.
