What would happen if you suddenly removed all the greenhouse gases from the atmosphere? This animation by @CColose shows that icy regions would expand to cover large parts of the planet and global temperature would drop by about 30°C.

Today is world nuts day. My research focuses on macadamia productivity. Macadamia nuts have many health benefits i.e. lowers heart disease risk and diabetes, prevents cancer , protects the brain & starve off hunger. This is because they are the highest nuts in monosaturated fats

We really MUST stop digging peat out of the ground for gardening. Peat bogs are huge stores of carbon, and internationally rare habitats. It is madness. Please sign this petition, and RT
