On behalf of #TheJakharTrust honored the spirit of womanhood. From entrepreneurs who started off in their kitchens to now exporting, to a mother who never went to school & would look at planes in the sky and wonder (her daughter today is a aeronautical engineer), to a brave policewoman who took on the bullets of gangsters and did not flinch, to educationists who reminded us that a lot still needs to be done, to a widow taking forward the shooting coaching legacy of her husband, to single mother's working odd jobs so that the children could finish their education, to a ladies rock band, a son who wanted to give up his sport, but mother motivated him to not give up & he won a gold for the country, amongst others, we salute you all. @Team_SJ_ @sunilkjakhar

Where are we headed...Recently four school going kids were arrested by Abohar police for placing ransom calls to a businessman & demanding 15 lacs. One of the reasons for our children going astray is gangsters being glorified in pop culture & and young immature minds get influenced. As parents, we really need to be involved with our children.

A inspiration too, as he bought his life back on track after he had gotten into drug addiction & anti social activities. Participated in the yatra against drugs initiated by Hon'ble Gov PB @Gulab_kataria ji in Abohar today. To control the menace of drug abuse in our society, we all have to come together because after all, the addicts are someone's brother, father, sister or friend.
