Walk through Mayville in Durban, through Diepsloot, through Imizamo Yethu, through any township or informal settlement in this country. Those shacks are full of South Africans, not foreigners. Our own people are living in those conditions every single day. So the idea that foreigners are the cause of shacks or the only ones living in them just isn't true.
