I'm curious... Is your Bluetooth always ON or you only turn it ON when you need it? 🤔

@OmarAbdullah Need Ev Charging Infra in Kashmir before pushing for subsidy, 90% pf existing chargers don't work 50 % of existing petrol stations stations should mandatory have atleast 30kw Charging Gun
evoIndia@evoIndia

Absolute honour to have J&K chief minister Omar Abdullah flag-off season 2 of the K2K EV Record Run. An enthusiast himself, he arrived driving his own car in the security convoy, and then took the Curvv EV for a spin around Dal Lake. This is what @OmarAbdullah had to say: “This is the first time I am driving an EV. There is no engine noise. Pick-up is seamless. And it is a very smooth drive with no gear changes. You have to reorient the way you drive but it’s great. And with the kind of range you now have with these vehicles it is only a matter of time before more and more people gravitate towards them.” Adds Omar Abdullah: “Best of luck. Getting all the way from here to Kanyakumari is four days is no mean task.” With the ceremonial flag-off done we now plug in the Curvv EV, get a full charge, the team gets some rest, and then the clock starts for the record run at 4am tomorrow. Wish us luck! And if you see our cars on the road take a picture, post it on your handles, tag us, use #K2KwithCurvvEV and you could win K2K merch @TataMotors @Tataev

I am currently in the market for a sub 10 lakh car. 2 persons will be using it. 1 driver and 1 passenger. Daily running of 50-100kms and sometimes more. Will be used for site visits. I am getting brezza base mt and baleno delta and zeta ags in this price. Considering baleno for more fuel efficiency and ease of amt.

A case study should be done on how the Dzire, Baleno, and Swift avoid internal competition, even though their prices overlap with models like the Fronx and Brezza. One reason could be that the Brezza is seen as an aspirational product rather than a fuel-efficient one due to its 1.5L engine. Or, maybe fuel efficiency is the top priority for first-time buyers, keeping these models unaffected. Meanwhile, cars like the i20, Amaze, and Altroz, which used to sell 8,000+ units a few years ago, are now struggling because of competition from their own brand’s crossover models like the Venue, Nexon, Exter, and Punch. Yet, Maruti remains unaffected. Strange!

“Just a question for Mahindra: If I take this on my Spiti winter drive, will the battery withstand the -31°C temperatures? I hope you’ve conducted thorough R&D on the battery, as last February the temperature dropped to -31°C. I trust I won’t face any issues with the battery in such extreme conditions?” @anandmahindra @MahindraRise

What are your thoughts on electric cars in the current scenario in India? My main concern is : city driving is fine, what happens if your car breaks down on a highway? Highways pass through villages and small towns where mechanics can fix petrol or diesel cars but may not be able to repair an EV due to a lack of specialized equipment and knowledge. In such cases, you could be stranded for hours or even an entire day, which also raises safety concerns, specially if you are with family.
