Due to this, they did not provide any job sheet. Still, I will try visiting the service centre again to collect the job sheet

Vivo India 🇮🇳 do not do this, this kind of pathetic after sales service is absolutely unexpected from you guys ‼️ Many people (including me) appreciate Vivo's after sales service but : Why is Vivo India refusing the free of cost service of a problem that is caused by the brand❓ Here is the Vivo T3 Ultra that got line on the display but Vivo India is refusing to replace the display for free ... Why❓❓ This device has No dent , No liquid damage and it is only 1 year 8 months old then why can't Vivo India 🇮🇳 replace the display for free when the problem is caused by the brand and not by the users❓ Other brands like : OnePlus is giving lifetime free display replacement and they're following it Samsung is giving free display replacement for upto 3 years But Vivo India denied the free display replacement for a 1 year 8 months old phone with NO dent, NO liquid damage and this issue is caused by the brand, not by the user‼️ Is this the example of your best after sales service that you claim @Vivo_Indi ?? You must give free display replacement to the user (@TechWithAbhi12 ) when the device doesn't have any physical damage and the issue is caused by the brand, not by the user‼️

Bina kisi physical ya liquid damage ke pink line issue aaya hai, fir bhi @Vivo_India free display replacement ke bajaye sirf labour charge off offer kar raha hai. Jab fault user side se nahi hai to customer ko kyu pay karna pade?
