Behind every Tech She Can lesson, resource and workplace experience are partners who believe in the power of what we do at Tech She Can - giving access, inspiration and opportunities This International Women’s Day, we’re shining a light on the organisations and volunteers who help make our work possible. From funding our LIVE Lessons and Assemblies that have now reached over 1.2 million online - to opening their office workplaces and sharing their expertise, our partners play a vital role in helping more young people see a future for themselves in technology. As Dr Hema Prem, Vice President Infosys (Europe Insurance) & Council Head - EMEA DE&I, from Infosys shared: "When Infosys hosted the Tech She Can Teacher CPD Day, we weren’t just providing funding – we were investing in educators who shape future talent." And as Dr Kevin P Stenson, Director of RAF Charitable Trust, highlighted through partnering with us on our Safer Internet Day Live lessons: "When we strategically invest in scaling activities, students gain the knowledge and confidence to navigate their digital futures." Together, we’re opening doors, challenging stereotypes and showing the next generation that technology is for everyone. #InternationalWomensDay #GiveToGain

@QuicklineUK @Tech_She_Can Tech She Can have been working with schools across SY to raise understanding and aspirations around careers in tech. They particularly aim to develop interest among girls, as women are underrepresented in tech careers, but their classes are offered to all genders.

Last week we kicked off our Tech She Can workshops for the semi-finalists in Samsung Electronics UK’s Solve for Tomorrow competition - a programme designed to empower young people to create tech-for-good solutions to real-world problems. It’s always incredible to see students’ creative ideas come to life. Many arrive feeling unsure about whether they can contribute, but once they start exploring the challenge, their confidence grows and their ideas really take off. From refillable water stations to chairs that buzz when you’ve been sitting too long, the students’ creativity and design-thinking skills that have been showcased so far have been inspiring. Some of our favourite moments from the workshops so far: 💬 “I was worried about not having an idea at the start, but as soon as I opened the box the ideas just came.” 💬 “So interactive, a good amount of freedom. We had our idea and stuck with it. Really enjoyed it!” 💬 “Thanks for that, it was brilliant. The students loved it… can you stay longer? Can you do it again — in fact, can you stay all day?” We can’t wait to see how these ideas develop and what more is in store for these future innovators as the competition continues. 👏 #Samsung #SolveForTomorrow #SFT_UK_2026 #TechSheCan #STEMEducation #FutureInnovators #TechForGood @samsunguk

We’ve officially kicked off our Regenerative AI Roadshow with Accenture, and what an inspiring start! A huge thank you to @connaughtsfg (Connaught School for Girls) in London, the first stop on our tour. Year 10 students immersed themselves in a full-day, hands-on Regenerative AI workshop, exploring how AI is transforming industries, tackling real-world challenges, and shaping the future of work. Through interactive activities, critical thinking tasks and collaborative problem-solving, students didn’t just learn about AI, they experienced what it’s like to think, create and innovate with it. The result? Greater confidence, deeper curiosity, and a clearer sense that a future in technology is something they can genuinely see themselves in. And we’re just getting started… We’re still looking for state schools in London, Birmingham, Greater Manchester, Newcastle, Blackpool, West Yorkshire, Bristol, Glasgow and Edinburgh to take part. If your school is in one of these regions (and in England has 25.7%+ students eligible for free school meals), you could receive: - A full-day AI workshop for 30 Year 10 students - A KS4/S3 assembly - A 90-minute AI CPD session for teachers (created in partnership with Microsoft) All delivered in person at your school at no cost. Register your interest below and bring Regenerative AI to your students 👇 forms.office.com/pages/response…

Primary and Secondary schools teachers, we’ve got something exciting planned for this International Women’s Day… We’re proud to be part of the Girls Can! – Great Big Live Assembly this International Women’s Day ✨ On 3 March, primary and secondary schools across the UK are invited to join a special live assembly celebrating the courage and resilience of girls from Afghanistan, including the legendary Afghan Girls’ Robotics Team. We’re especially excited that Roya Mahboob, one of the first female tech CEOs in Afghanistan, will be featured in the assembly. Her extraordinary journey has inspired the feature film Rule Breakers, based on her life. We’re delighted that Becky Patel, Head of Education at Tech She Can, will be joining Gemma Hunt and @krishk from Sanctuary Foundation to talk about why International Women’s Day matters, and why it’s so important that we actively work to ensure more underserved girls see a future for themselves in technology. When girls are denied education, the world loses talent. When girls are given access, visibility and belief - they build, innovate and lead. This fast paced YouTube assembly will inspire students to: ✨ Value their education ✨ Challenge under-representation in tech ✨ Build inclusive communities where talent has no borders Let’s use this International Women’s Day to show young people what’s possible. 📅 3 March - Live on YouTube (with catch-up available) Register your school and join us live 👇 Free tickets here for the Secondary Assembly, 8.40am- 8.50am eventbrite.co.uk/e/198192940119… Free tickets here for the Primary Assembly, 9.05am - 9.25am eventbrite.co.uk/e/198192399301… #InternationalWomensDay #GirlsCan #GiveToGain #TechSheCan
