The unit shown by the service center looks like it was kept in a junk yard. It is either damaged by your team or swapped. I will approach the Consumer Forum if not resolved immediately. @jagograhakjago

@boAtSupport1 Thanks for the update. Could you please clarify if this replacement unit comes with a fresh warranty or if it continues from my original purchase date? Also, can I expect the standard advertised battery life on this inspected unit? Looking forward to your response @boAtSupport1

@boAtSupport1 I am NOT giving any more time. I demand an immediate replacement with new unit or a full refund. If I don't get a confirmation. I am filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and the Consumer Forum for mental harassment and service deficiency. No more excuses.
