@flyspicejet your inability to respond with anything meaningful to your customers is unbelievable. We have been chasing luggage that you arbitrarily removed for over 30hours. Not one person from spicejet has reached out. Communication has been 100% one sided. Be better. Try.

@flyspicejet poor performance from Spice jet yesterday, removed our (and others) luggage because of their own mistake. No communication and robot of a ‘manager’ at the airport. We are now 5 minutes over the time they promised we would have it by. Will not be flying again.

Fun fact - what that was was a single-word pick-up that snuck onto the wrong audio track. Short version - I didn't like the exact way/volume/etc I said the word 'but' so I recorded myself saying 'but' 10 times, picked the best one and slipped it in. BUT ONE OF THE BUTS ESCAPED.
