The NFT space just stepped deeper into the agentic era with the Awakening from @normiesART. Do you have an awakened Normie yet? Drop their name below 👁️ @serc1n, founder of Normies, introduced an identity layer for Agent NFTs built on ERC-8004, allowing holders to register Normies as fully onchain agents with unique personalities, memory, and future wallet/commerce functionality attached to them. And the craziest part is how fast the community started building on top of it. Within hours, builders like @Vizou01 and @TrailerTrsh were already shipping interfaces and tools around awakened Normies using the public API, while community members like @dopemind10, @Niko_The_X, @apesn and @mittooney were already showing off their awakened Normies across the timeline. I have been working on Normies around 15 hours a day since launch and a this a recap of first 66 days. First of all i will start with explaining what Normies are: Normies has launched in February, 0.005 ETH mint price and 10,000 supply. It's a fully on-chain collection which means Normies artwork and metadata will live as long as Ethereum blockchain live. It doesn't rely on centralized storages, all data stored directly on Ethereum blokchain. In the first 66 days, Normies are at 1115 ETH ($2.3M) volume currently. Normies is a pixel art collection, released "incomplete" intentionally. There 4 types of Normies: Human, Cat, Alien, Agent. Two days after launch we share our public API. That has every single details, endpoints to the contracts, Normies collection. That let others to build apps, tools, games on top of Normies. In a short time 50+ apps built using NormiesAPI. A week after launch, we launched Normie Canvas that allows holders to customize their Normies fully on-chain, permissionless. Customization requires burning other Normies you held. As a result, so far 1753 Normies burned. Total value of burned Normies is around: $600,000. This is not just a random burn mechanism, this is conviction and this is inviting collectors to be co-creator of their NFTs and contributor of the collection. So far 227 Normies customized. After customizing Normies, its rarity changes as its level changes. To give an example a Normie can be rank 5000-7000 but after customization it can get to rank 1 depending on how many Normies you burned. But even if you are Level 2, you get rank around 500-1000. From the first day, we invited many artists to our Canvas to co-create with us. So far we have 5 Legendary canvas created by legendary artists who are shaping the culture including @lphaCentauriKid (for @AdamWeitsman), @chrisguyot, @TimpersHD, @piv_piv and @ArtOnBlockchain After a while, I talked to @johnkarp and Normies became the sponsor of @NFCsummit. We are bringing a lot fun to Lisbon in a month. We are hosting our first ever holder brunch. Together, we created a strong, builders community in 2 months. We chat, we learn more about us, we educate each other and we grow together. We launched our public canvas to invite everyone to create art in our canvas. Current value is 210 ETH ($495,000) - Median NFT hold is 52 days - meaning over 50% of Normie NFTs haven’t moved in 52+ days, based on @TheAntAcademy’s data. - We launched Canvas, one of our core tool and what makes Normies special. 222 canvases customized so far by burning 1724 Normies by holders. - We are hands on working on HIVE, talking to people who shape the blockchain, having calls with many people who guides us and build with us. HIVE will be the first step of Agentic Normies and by saying Agentic Normies, i mean it. I will post an article especially about it soon. When Agentic NFTs will be a thing, people will call it next Normies. - Arena is launching on May 15. It's an on-chain game where Normies enter and play and win pixels/action points. Arena is also shaped by contributions of the Normies community. - We hosted 6 X spaces with @dopemind10 and 1 live stream with @stephensantoro_, explaining all details. We will continue hosting our spaces and i will personally join more live streams to tell more about Normies to wider audience. - It's our 60th day, we are just getting started. But one thing i am sure that: Normies community, holders and builders are next level. There are are two music albums released so far, one by @nftgothsa and the other one by @dopemind10. We had our first gift, a free mint collection homage to Normies by @nuclearsamurai. There are over 60 apps/tools built by Normies community. These are not just for fun, but also they are our every day websites that helps us to monitor Normies collection, burns, customizations. - We launched our community canvas, invited everyone to join and create artworks in our canvas. 1000+ submission made and we are gifting 10 Normies to winners. - We also created our NormiesVault few weeks ago and already added @D3lMundos and @Tabcorp_HR. We will add more collections because we love to build and win together. I can guarantee that, we won't rush anything. We will think about all pros/cons, run simulations, audit everyting multiple times before we implement anything to Normies ecosystem. I am working on Normies project average 15 hours a day. More confident than ever on $RDAC Certain plans didn’t go our way but never stopped working. Wanted to craft a clear recovery plan and treat token also as a product and not just product focused. Our time has come and after observing every valid criticism, we have done few things starting off with an acquisition of an existing revenue generating platform to add to the cohort of Redacted. We are also considering some major changes to tokenomics (by end of this month) to ensure there’s a positive impact on price action and metrics. A strong community, whether token or NFT, is built if and only if majority involved are on board for the same mission. Some teams may have the right intention but not the experience or might have the experience too but not sufficient funding and if they by chance have all 3 might not have a community. We have been facing some sell pressure on $RDAC. It’s not common for the audience to blame the teams for selling from hidden wallets etc. Will share data on which groups held or sold so the sell pressure could be understood. And it’s also important to understand it’s well within anyone’s right to sell if they have to. At this stage we are letting those who wanna exit before we make our next moves. We have also gone with a decent float and not a super low supply high FDV model to let the market find its bottom and a cliff for 60 days to allow it to settle at a point.
