“Gaddi ziyada chal gayi hai, motta tayl pao”
Your engine was designed for a specific oil grade (0W-20, 5W-30, etc.).
Engineers, not roadside mechanics have designed it to work under all scenarios.
Using thicker oil doesn’t “protect” the engine:
• Slower flow at cold start
• Poor lubrication in tight tolerances
• Lower fuel efficiency
• Can increase wear
If the engine is healthy, follow the manufacturer spec. Specially use 0w-20 for turbo and hybrid engines.
If there’s oil consumption, fix the issue in the engine that is causing it.
Trust the manual, not Ustaads.

The International Monetary Fund has allowed Pakistan to allocate Rs830 billion for power subsidies in the new budget. The amount includes Rs300 billion to pay for electricity theft and poor bill recovery.
