We (taxpayers) spent over £500m we got the land but then the Teesside Metro Mayor gifted a 90% shareholding to his mates who have made over £135m so far out of us & who can cherrypick & purchase the land for £1 an acre! Now we cannot afford the repayments. #wtf #scandals
