You really think they didn’t plan for the chance that some president would want declassification? I’m pretty sure they did. That’s why those programs are most probably buried under Atomic Energy Act cover, so a president can’t just order them released. 🧵Sooooo… I have some concerns with the language in Trump’s post about releasing the alien and UFO files. Trump is directing agencies to “identify” and “release” government files. On the surface this sounds historic. However, he doesn’t specifically say he’s ordering the **declassification** of files. As I’ve said many times before, the President has plenary authority over ALL classified material. The only exception being nuclear secrets covered under the 1954 Atomic Energy Act. So by saying, “identify” and “release” the President has **NOT** explicitly granted the authority for agencies to release classified material related to aliens or UFOs. Which, according to his comments earlier in the day about what Obama said, at least some of this is indeed classified. Ironically, had Trump explicitly said UFO and alien materials were now *declassified* (even in just a post on Truth Social) then information would have immediately become available to FOIA requests or for people with NDAs to discuss. So unless the President explicitly instructs agencies to declassify information, the public shouldn’t expect the release of anything other than what is already available.

2025. What a year. 2025 has been an extraordinary year for me — in many ways, a year I once thought might never come. This year, I was finally able to return to the Baltic Sea and continue the investigation of the object known as the Baltic Sea Anomaly. And this time, it happened the right way — together with scientists and researchers with real expertise. We worked from Stockholm University’s research vessel, something I never believed would be possible when this journey began back in 2011. For years, I tried to explain why this object matters, why it deserves serious scientific attention. I remember calling researchers back then, asking if they would even consider looking into it. The answer was usually polite, but clear: no. It was an uphill battle. A wall I ran into again and again. And yet — here we are. In 2025, we returned to the site twice. This time with researchers from Germany, France, the United States, and Sweden. There was skepticism at first — which is healthy in science. But once they were there, once they saw the data and the site for themselves, something changed. It became clear that this is something unique. Something different. We now have strong data. But we are far from finished. If all goes well, 2026 may be the year when we finally understand what this object truly is. Over the years, we have experienced disturbances during our work — interference with equipment, radio, satellite systems, and even unusual weather phenomena directly above the site. All of this is real. Convincing others has never been easy. But in 2025, many researchers finally began to understand that something is going on. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Beatriz Villarroel. Meeting Beatriz a little over two years ago now feels almost inevitable. We share the same goal: to pursue the truth scientifically, without fear and without stigma. Her work and courage have been essential. Immaculate Constellation & the NSA Document. In Matthew Brown's IC report it mentions a 1978 NSA report. I foia'd the serial number & a year later the NSA will "not confirm or deny" the existence of this document. They didn't even include the subject, I had to check via date.

Following a FOIA request, I've been informed by the ODNI that "the 2025 UAP report is no longer a dual-seal product and is being released solely by the Department of War" (yes, you can FOIA some records for an unreleased report, not the draft or deliberative material, but the underlying factual inputs used to prepare it)

So Jay Stratton went & talked with the USAF pilots that engaged the Stephenvile ufo but they couldn't talk to him because they had signed NDA with AFOSI. Highly doubtful they would admit any records via FOIA but not saying it isn't worth trying

@rgh_ufos Because they are rolling out this new Chat feature that replaces DMs. For many users desktop has “Chat” but phone app still shows “Messages”. The two systems don’t sync until the mobile app updates so update your X phone app. Then you should have Chat in the menu
