@pirooooon3 pipelines are the answer, run lines to israel and to the suez canal area and create more port facilities to spread out the work so it can't all be shut off at once. canals are too costly, just send it down the pipeline

There is an ongoing issue in Las Vegas with “ghost cars” “Can someone explain to me why there's so many people in Las Vegas that drive with no license plate? This is every single day. Every single day I see about 20 cars that are driving with no license, no registration” Illegals have been pulled over and caught driving these vehicles without license plates Nevada has some of the highest vehicle registration fees in America so many drivers just opt out of paying

@baadermemehof @WallStreetApes thats a lie, it takes 6 weeks to get your plates by mail, have done it a few time now, the only issue is that the temp tag the dealer gives you is only good for 30 days, the dmv does mail you the new registration right away so if the temp tag expires you have the current reg

@WallStreetApes I have a friend who lives out there. She explained that their BMV was so far behind on registrations that they just stopped giving a shit, essentially. She bought a new car and tried to get tags for it. It took her 9 months.

@WallStreetApes It is ridiculous that we're expected to waste potentially a couple hours at the DMV just so we can pay the state to use roads that are constantly being torn up for excessive lengths of time.

A lot of conspiracy accounts love pretending the Van Allen belts are some unbeatable force field. They never mention the part that matters: the belts aren’t uniform. They have weak regions, gaps, and low‑density zones. NASA literally plots the flight path to skim the thinnest section so the spacecraft spends only minutes in the mildest radiation. That’s it. No magic. No cover‑up. Just physics and trajectory design. The dose astronauts get is lower than a CT scan. The only thing “deadly” here is how confidently bad info spreads online.

@xKnowledgeBANK worked on a drill rig in southern utah in the early 80's, looking for the western edge of the overthrust belt,we never hit oil but kept drilling until we hit total depth at 18,505, which is the deepest hole anyone on the rig had ever heard of at the time in western US

Peter Meijer: “Today at the United Nations Security Council, France voted with Russia and China to torpedo a resolution by the Emirates. You want to talk about the allies? The allies have been formed thanks to Iran's reckless actions throughout those regions. France joined with China and Russia to oppose a move to say that over reopening the Strait of Hormuz is a legitimate defensive maneuver for countries like the Emirates.” CNN’s Abby Phillip: “What's the argument on the other side of that?” Peter Meijer: “The counterargument is that we do nothing is, I think, the European position that they’re fine with Iran claiming sovereignty over the strait.”

There’s always talk about how our entire space program was a result of German scientists. This is simply untrue. While Von Braun’s did work on propulsion in the 1960s, the lunar module and the space shuttle were designed by Americans. Artemis uses the solid rocket booster engines used by the space shuttle, designed in Utah by Morton Thiokol with engineers Roger Boisjoly, Robert Ebeling, Robert Lund, Jerald Mason, Larry Mulloy, all of them born and educated in the US. The RS-25 liquid fuel rocket engines, also recycled from the Shuttle program, were designed by Rocketdyne. The key developers and engineers were Americans working in the U.S. aerospace sector. There is no prominent association with German engineers for the RS-25.

We have this thing called RED HORSE squadrons which are literally designed to build and defend makeshift airfields in hostile territory. Also the C-130 and C-17 are literally made to land in mostly unprepared landing areas

@mirandadevine you see them practice this maneuver north of the I-15 between mesquite and vegas quite often, it is quite dangerous, you have to keep the rotor tilted "up" to keep from hitting the fuel drogue, very hard and very dangerous. its the sars guys at nellis training like that

Added context: China will have five active fighter production lines running soon, including two 5th gen platforms. Current estimates place annual deliveries at ~240+ fighters. Today, the U.S. military is taking deliveries from just two fighter lines (F-35 and F-15EX).

This crew was laying fresh asphalt on a brand new stretch of road when the paver started rolling and the worker grabbed the shovel to smooth it all out... You see the hot black tar pouring out perfect and smooth as the machine moves forward, then the guy in the blue shirt follows right behind spreading and packing it down tight while footprints press into the fresh stuff and the whole road comes together in real time. What a satisfying job, would you stop everything just to watch them build a road like this or keep it moving?
