Israel is going to lose at the ICJ. The Convention prohibits not only genocide (of which Israel is guilty), but also incitement to genocide and failure to punish it. States whose officials 1) openly incite genocide and 2) are not punished for doing so, are breaching the Genocide Convention. This is a clear example of incitement to genocide ("There are no innocent civilians in Jenin, there are no innocent children in Jenin"), even as the genocide took place in Gaza, not Jenin/West Bank.

Publicly inciting hatred is a crime in Canada. Unless you are sieg heiling a group of Jews while threatening them with the “Final Solution” during a violent anti-Israel protest. Because apparently this is ok.
