The goal: lower the cost and complexity of training physical AI at scale. The message is clear: we can build the models. We need the data. NVIDIA has only 1,727 hours in its open-sourced dataset from 25 countries, and Waymo has only 570 hours from 25 cities. ROVR's approach through token incentives and prioritizing breadth through decentralization has its dataset competing with legacy players, and in some cases outcompeting
