I finally finished my Gaussian Splat based FPS demo.
It's a @playcanvas project, runs in a browser. On a real photoscan. With physics, baked lighting, pathfinding NPCs.

@TekdUpTony1 You can add collision mask in arrival.space and download it to not fall through the map

@sidef1ip Used Claude code to build out a drone sim in three.js
configs with sliders really helps tweak flight/camera of drone. once basic flight was working nicely i switched over to use cursor and iterate on getting splats working.
Experimented with point clouds/splats /3dgs

This scene involves frequent changes in exposure due to entering and exiting a building. Unfortunately, there is many floaters around the windows, but LFS output a pretty good quality even without cleaning because this is a so difficult scene for 3DGS.

Mac版MLSharp(2D画像を3Dガウシアンスプラッティング(3DGS)モデルに変換し3D表示)をWindowsに移植中 Macでは、CoreMLモデルで処理も早かったが、Win版は、Onnxモデルを使用し私の環境では、1枚約1分(動画は処理中画面飛ばしてます)~ GPUがあれば、早くなるのかなぁ~
