@TekoaJones @MatiaGoodwin Glad you mentioned SPED! A lot of these concepts are organically built into curriculum designed address skill deficits in exceptional learners. I think a similar focus should be in general education classrooms like visible learning.

A5: PLCs! Don’t assume everyone understands. Be consistent in what you expect from your teachers and check on those who may not be as strong in implementation. Talk with students so they know what your vision is and how it will look in the classroom. #loveSCschools @SC_ATLL

A4: my first years we started the book Clarity for Learning. Each month our PLCs focused on something from the book. I don’t think many actually read the book. I did and almost wished I was back in the classroom. I think we need to revisit the book. #loveSCschools @SC_ATLL
