Now @Rogers @RogersHelps just called me over my complaint specifically to tell me they will not fix my service, redirecting me to @TekSavvyCSR who they are ignoring & refusing service requests from. Refused to answer questions, then hung up on me. I want a copy of that recording.

Found a link to file a complaint that goes directly to @Rogers management. If they STILL continue to refuse to respond to Teksavvy & refuse to send a technician to fix my services, but sell me packages instead, filing with the BBB, CRTC and CCTS complaints will be my next step.

My internet has been out since Tuesday. I have a plan through @TekSavvyCSR. @Bell was to send a tech today after several delays and cancelations. They canceled again. My job is now threatened- they aren't taking it seriously. A manager (id 3012561) refused to talk to me.
