@TELUSsupport Telus should really be giving customers a credit on their bill as the customer had to install the new digital boxes. That was a service that a technician used to do. Plus, I now have to get these boxes to Canada Post. $50 credit would be great. Thanks.

After spending 90 minutes on the phone with @TELUSsupport says their tools can't add US Easy Roam and it was in Terms and conditions But no where on the Intl Easy roam add-on page does it state that the US isn't covered. But does state all three towns in the US it doesn't cover

Huge Fail #Telus @TELUS @TELUSsupport International Easy Pass doesn't work in the United States. If my wife flew to Peru or Afghanistan she would be covered. She flys to Seattle and incurs $100 dollars in overages minutes after stepping off the plane.

@TELUSsupport Where do I return my old digital boxes? I received the new digital boxes May 21;25. When I ordered the new boxes the rep said to take them to Canada Post but there was no return shipping label provided and I did not receive one by email.
