@ohhfine There is, though your new hardware sort of 'hides' it with its Smart Steering feature. You can download the TELUS My Wi-Fi app (or log in to the modem admin page at 192.168.1.254) and look for 'Smart Devices' or 'IoT Network' and enable it. Let us know if that does the trick!

. @TELUS @TELUSsupport there are people canvassing door to door in New Tecumseth (Beeton, Alliston, Tottenham) for wifi. They are being rude, pushy, not taking no for an answer, and not leaving, to the point a few have had the cops called on them. Have them stop. It’s ridiculous

@TELUSsupport No all is good, but my point is you need to do something about wait times and service. On hold for 30 min is nit fast enough. Too wait 3 weeks to see a tech to fix is not good. What can you do to change this?

@TELUSsupport On Monday I get a call on landline, local guy was looking at tickets that he isn’t to do but saw mine, looked at board saw switch was out and flicked. I had everything ba k.so all my time, te h ti e could have been avoided if they would have listened.

@TELUSsupport Based on previous months of interactions, the tower in my neighborhood is Bell. It resolved months after but never heard back about the resolution. Back again. Already have wifi calling on. Already rebooted device and reset network settings.

You can enter your location and then click on the 'Report an issue' button which leads to a form that goes straight to our network team. @TELUSsupport I moved to Windsor Ontario and now I have no service. With 5G+ and full bars i am unable to load a 480p video. With a company this big I am shocked to have no coverage here. I signed a 2 year before moving here, so sadly I am stuck suffering till then.
