@telenorpakistan Very poor support from Telenor Pakistan. My international roaming complaint was closed saying “customer unreachable,” while your agent contacted me on WhatsApp. No resolution, no proper follow-up. Is this how customer issues are handled?

@telenorpakistan I already contacted them and they don’t bother to reply , if complaint is processed then why the status is still closed. I don’t want to do this but the un professional behaviour of your team created this situation. Why they are always closing ticket by saying we couldn’t reach !

@telenorpakistan I inserted my sim to another handset, i restarted all phones again and again and manually selected the networks but non of this worked and I already conveyed this to your team , but instead of notifying me they always close ticket and giving the reason we couldn’t reach you. Lies
