It’s funny how people have decided that OBAA winning BP means that Sinners was disrespected or invalidated by the Academy. Both movies had huge nights, with memorable wins in above the line categories. BOTH will stand the test of time and yet we won’t celebrate them accordingly.

@sxnsof All 4 were great in their respective films. Emilia Perez being an obvious nadir for reasons beyond Zoe Saldana doesn’t take away from her work in the film, likewise with Brody or the sudden vitriol directed towards Madison/Anora.
