No, you didn’t invent lisping.Sid from Ice Age (2002) was lisping 13 years before you. Parodying speech impediments existed long before that. In 2015 you took a cheap Chinese toy, gave it the consistent “f” and built a brand around it that’s your work. But the lisp itself and the speech-impediment joke? Not yours.

I want to point out one last thing, I did not want to start a big fight, you guys are very sensitive about this and get butthurt quickly i feel like. $Fefer is not my problem. $Dinofauro is my brand. My problem is to not recognize an artist, his joke and his language. It happened before with many brazilian artists.
I am not claiming that i created the exact little dinosaur from the picture, this is a little cheap chinese product. I created the language, the joke lisp and spent a decade building a real, recognizable brand around it, with real art.
What i created is the language, the "f" the dinofauro that speaks the dinofaurês language, all the jokes around this.
This Dinofaurês language was created with me and my brand in 2015, afterwards in late 2015 this joke language spread across the globe, took over the internet memes, which is a part of my success and made my brand go viral in 2015 and the years following, because the language got picked up for many memes.
The $Fefer meme is a result of dinofaurês, of the language of my brand, that is all that i was saying.
Since 2015 I have built on top of all this, created many different Characters and of course also the main Character of my brand. Everything is documented.

The original blue jawless dinosaur is an old English-language meme (Tyranathaurus Rexth / Phteven era, pre-2015).
In 2015 André Crevilaro took that image, added “dinofaurês” and built the Dinofauro brand he registered the name and commercialized the character.
He himself repeatedly stated that the toy/image is public domain.
$FEFER is based on that old meme + the Tether pronunciation joke.
It doesn’t use the Dinofauro name or Crevilaro’s redesigned art.
IP claims against the token are therefore very weak. Classic case of a derivative trying to claim the original.
People panic-selling over this right now are hilarious.

Sometimes you have to frontrun the fud.
I think $fefer IP fud will slow $stable down a bit but I can really see it becoming the lead meme in its place.
