Men Who Know Their Value Don’t Argue but They Exit 🔥‼️ A man who knows his worth doesn’t raise his voice to prove a point. He doesn’t sit across from you explaining why he deserves respect. He simply withdraws it quietly, completely, permanently. Arguments are for men who are still auditioning. A man who has done the inner work, built something real and earned his own respect doesn’t need the last word. He needs nothing from you and that nothing is his power. When a situation no longer serves his peace, his purpose or his standards, he doesn’t negotiate. He doesn’t beg the room to see him differently. He stands up, straightens his back and walks out not in anger, but in clarity. That exit? It’s not cold. It’s not petty. It’s self-respect in motion. See, the loudest man in the room is usually the most desperate. He argues because he needs you to agree with his value. A man who already knows it needs no such confirmation. Your validation is a bonus but never a requirement. The most powerful statement a high-value man ever makes isn’t spoken. It’s the silence that follows his departure. The absence that makes you realize what was standing in front of you all along. Know your value. Guard your energy. And when the space no longer honors who you are exit gracefully, without apology, without hesitation. Be guided.

This was Mikel Obi speaking in 2005, when he hadn’t joined Chelsea. Look at how he spoke. Some clowns expect him to now live for ten uninterrupted years in London and be speaking like Kanu and Okocha.

I tried to explain this to people the other day, but most of them are filled with hate. Mikel Obi was born in an English-speaking country, he has spoken English all his life. He moved to Oslo where 90% of their population also speak English. He then moved to England, spent 13 years there. I’ll run it back a bit. Even in Nigeria, at age 5, some kids speak better English than others. Some kids that even go to good schools, can end up speaking better English than others. You can even be raised in a family that speak very good English. Now, when you live in a particular country, you can consciously and subconsciously adopt things. Tevez spent many years in England but he didn’t care about learning English. Raya moved to England and hear him speak like a pure Londoner, Arteta moved before him and still has the Spanish accent, something you won’t find with Bellerin and Raya. Emi Martinez moved to England at 18 also, he spoke Spanish all his life in Argentina, have you heard him speak recently? This is to tell you that you can choose to adopt things (consciously). Kanu or Okocha may not have adopted anything, just like Tevez. The most important part of everything is that Mikel seems like a strategic guy, he had a clear path to what he wanted to do after football, he also knows his audience. So, it’s possible he has consciously improved on his speaking or he’s adapted to his surroundings over time. Even myself, there are so many things I’ve picked subconsciously and there are some that I’ve had to consciously adopt so as to integrate properly. This is not rocket science.

This doesn’t apply to me. I haven’t exchanged contacts with any woman and she didn’t pick my calls or reply to my texts with keenness. When you meet her for the first time, try to create a remarkable vibe and connection. Try to have a few minutes of conversation that will make both of you look forward to continuing the conversation on the phone. Tell her vehemently right there why you are asking for her number and if she knows she doesn’t have any interest in getting to know you or continuing the conversation, she should say so. Most of you don’t ask women for their number, you beg, embarrassingly too. She will tell you no, you will keep persuading her, and reluctantly she will give it to you, and when you now text her, you will be expecting magic. The desire to exchange contacts should be mutual according to the connection you guys already built. There is a point the conversation would have gotten to and she is already saying in her mind, “Is he not going to ask for my number at this point or does he not wish to maybe speak to me after here?” Again, when you successfully exchange contacts, take your time to text. Don’t come off needy. Give her some time so she would anticipate it, and text like a human being. One thing you should never do is beg any woman to pick your call or chat with you. When you text or call her and it doesn’t sound good, try a second time. If it’s not clicking, stop. One thing every man needs to know is how to pull the plug, how to stop and move on no matter how insanely beautiful and attractive a woman is.

Collecting a girl's number is one thing, but getting her to actually answer your call? That one is strictly between you and God.
