@lesiba_keetse @ZANewsFlash The government is already introducing shift work to avoid that. But they are still struggling to absorb. Also remember that shift work will mean junior doctors working alone in critical areas without senior supervision

@ZANewsFlash One of the solutions might be to do away with so called committed overtime that most doctors abuse anyway,that will make sure that they employ more doctors rather than let employed ones work crazy impossible hours at a huge cost to the state
