You mentioned that you have reduced your sins, you are seeking forgiveness, and you have even memorized parts of the Quran. Subhanallah. Do not ever think your efforts are in vain. You are doing beautiful things. There is a specific prayer the Prophet gave to a companion who was sitting in the mosque feeling completely overwhelmed by debt and anxiety. This is what you should recite every morning and evening: "Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan, wal-'ajzi wal-kasal, wal-jubni wal-bukhul, wa ghalabatid-dayn, wa qahrir-rijal." (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men.) Keep holding onto your Istighfar. Do not stop. Sometimes the breakthrough takes a little longer because Allah is building something lasting for you. The debts will be paid, and the sadness will lift. Keep repeating that dua, and try to wake up in the last third of the night, even if it is just to cry to Him. He listens. May Allah open doors of provision for you from places you never expected. Allah knows best.
