Jim shares the two ways to ask: "Ask with intelligence. Be clear, be specific. How wide? How high? How soon? What size? What color? How much? Define what you want and describe what you want. Goals become like a magnet; they pull you in that direction. The better you describe them, the more they pull." "Ask with faith. Believe you can get what you want like a child. Not an adult. Adults are too skeptical." He concludes: "The formula really reads: Make plans like an adult and believe in them like a child. And the most incredible things will happen. Just try it for 90 days. You can always go back to the old ways."

Al diseñador se le acabaron los créditos de plan Team y le dijo: no te preocupes, te vamos a comprar plan Max aparte así seguís en ritmo. Si mañana mismo me despiden, me voy a ir tranquila y agradecida porque me voy a ir con un grado de autonomía mucho más alto del que entré en diciembre. En casi tres meses pasé de hacer templates de “cold emails” redactados por mí y corregidos con @ChatGPTapp a crear un ambiente de trabajo donde combinamos Sonnet 4.6, Opus 4.6, @ManusAI, @Gemini para evaluar potenciales clientes, escanear pantallas, personalizar la estrategia de inbound / outbound, automatizar benchmarking de competidores, etc. Aprendí sobre reglas anti alucinaciones, escala de confianza, reglas de salida, diferencia de lenguajes. Todas las semanas optimiza el flujo de trabajo. Ahora vamos a aprender cómo crear un agente que audite a otro, y vamos a tener nuestra primera capacitación interna. Porque si, tuvo hasta el cuidado de alentarnos a experimentar solitos antes de bajarnos conocimiento. 70% de lo que leo en mi feed es miedo e incertidumbre. Pero nunca me voy a olvidar que este momento de mi vida lo atravesé con la confianza que ella nos transmite sobre la complementariedad de la máquina y nuestro cerebro.

Extremely niche/weird worlds are emerging from AI creators💭 No need for approval, or appealing to the entire world to make the studio cost back. Not that this wasn’t possible before, but it’s much less financially freaky to build out your own worlds with AI. Some of my friends from childhood had incredible ideas and dreams of their own sci-fi worlds, but had to scrap the idea due to the near impossibility of it. I had this issue my whole life, of writing for big ideas then having to scale it way down just to make it possible. I learned VFX to somewhat match those ideas but it was still not quite there without the backing of a giant. AI really has changed the landscape. For good, and for bad. But it’s here, and it’s time to acknowledge it’s here to stay.
