a Trigun animator named Tetsurou just posted something that kills the "AI art is slop" argument stone dead he's not typing prompts and hoping for the best. he does his own motion capture, character design, backgrounds, camera work, all of it. then runs the scene through Seedance, which takes his low-poly 3D model and renders it out as full 2D anime the AI isn't creating anything here. it's doing in-betweening, the grunt work of animation that eats most of a studio's budget and barely moves the needle on artistic value what used to need a whole studio now runs through one guy with total creative control. and honestly the output looks better than most of the CGI anime that gets dragged online every season people in the replies are arguing about whether this counts as "real art." I think that's the wrong fight. the actual question is whether the human still owns the vision, and here he obviously does. he's just offloading the one part of the job that was never the art to begin with give this a couple years and "badly animated anime" might just stop being a category. not because studios suddenly get bigger budgets, but because one person can finally afford to render what was already in their head.
