I was supposed to be doing my bike ride for Cancer, but laziness and self loathing came into play. I NEED to get back on the bike and start eating right again. Shitty mood

Being in a funk for the last month has definitely been a challenge. Multiple issues popping up Being ghosted which leads to being self conscious. This leads to throwing a pity party for myself. Then off to don't care about eating right or exercising.

Today is a bit hard as I am finding myself just upset as younger co-workers making age jokes directed at me, allthoughbeit in a playful way, it still makes me hate the fact I am older. Mindset today sorta blows.
