He has multiple grounds for an appeal. He had an all white jury in a racially charged case. The district attorney removed potential Black jurors during jury selection without strong, race neutral reasoning, which is called a "Batson Violation". The judge had errors in his instructions to the jury on what self defense is.

Teach our kids the whole story of America and not just the version that radicalizes them against their own country and fellow Americans. Impart in them the morals, values and faith that got our American ancestors out of the darkest of times. Teach them to create opportunities rather than wait for them to come knocking. Encourage brotherly love, value of life, peaceful dispute resolution, honest work, and self-reliance.

I practice law in Collin County, Texas. Karmelo Anthony will be convicted and sentenced to life in prison. As he should. He murdered that boy because he was raised to hate white people and to view himself as a victim in every situation. It’s a culture thing.
