I am deeply disappointed by the unethical conduct displayed by Minister @JustineNameere during these supervision visits. If the intention is genuinely to improve service delivery, every unannounced supervision should be conducted alongside qualified technical experts who can objectively assess challenges and recommend practical solutions. Visiting an understaffed health facility and publicly reprimanding the Officer-in-Charge, instead of documenting the staffing shortages and systemic challenges, does little to address the real problems facing our healthcare system. Effective leadership is about solving problems, not creating spectacles. Frontline health workers deserve professionalism, respect, and support not public humiliation.

@MStylesug The ignorance in the comment section matches that of Nameere. We want to see her sources for those salaries and which hospital is headed by a clinical officer. Nosense 🚮

YOU ARE BEING DELIBERATELY BLINDFOLDED BY CHEAP CABINET CAMERA PR STUNTS! Look at the real metrics: A UPE school with 600 pupils gets a microscopic UGX 20,000 per child annually from the state. That equals a flat UGX 1,000,000 a month to run an entire primary school! Out of that 1 million, the headteacher must buy chalk, registers, print exams, pay Umeme, and empty full pit latrines. The Education Act makes extra fees illegal, but the state funding makes school closure inevitable if they don't look for survival money. @BalaamBarugahar, you burn more than 1 million Shillings in premium fuel on a single afternoon V8 convoy trip to Namisindwa, how do you look a desperate headteacher in the eye and handcuff them for trying to keep the school from collapsing?

@yubdenis1 That is @MulagoSWNH and he said no lie. You realise that the hospital he quoted isn’t the same in your engagement farming post. Thanks. It’s a private hospital under ministry of health with prices below the market price

@kingFahad_17 @Buzeki_Sharifah Yes madam @Buzeki_Sharifah this is the only way to go. Follow up must be accompanied with jail time if the same situation is found. I am sure there’s a law against poor garbage disposable and negligence. These people are responsible for the clogging of our drainage system!

Someone to tag Gateway Bus Management to caution this driver! You can't be driving at 120kmph with almost the passengers complaining complaining of your speed. Leaving Kampala this morning, He almost knocked a boda guy carrying a woman as it approaches that roundabout with sign post of Stella Maris Boarding Primary School in Nkokonjeru,,,, and after a while he parked pretending to be checking something with the tyres... I had a long trip but decided to come out from Jinja and boarded another mean. I can't die on Sunday 😢😢

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐌? Yesterday, I shared the progress of soluble coffee at Inspire Africa Group, and the majority of the comments wished that Nestlé would sue IAG over the bottle design. That won't be happening. The bottles are registered with the relevant authorities. What is shocking, however, is that people who are supposed to be our elite, with more grasp of economics, are praying for the project to fail. Why fight development? In Ntungamo, under the various value chains—production, civil works, tourism, the fertilizer plant, farms, etc.—the project is employing around 1,000 people from all over Uganda. In fact, the languages used are English and Luganda. The downstream activities in Kampala and beyond are promising 1,000-plus more jobs. Already, around 100 people have been given offers as sales managers, operations managers, merchandisers, cashiers, and baristas. They will be working in supermarkets and on the mobile coffee carts (frame 2). These are Ugandans. By the way, the products are already in Made in Uganda supermarket at UMA Lugogo and Inspire Cafe at Twed Towers. Why would you fight a great project because you don't like the government, its location, or its managers? That is myopic. Uganda isn't the first country to support the private sector. In Japan, the government has been supporting the companies that make the cars you love to drive—Toyota, Honda, etc. In Germany, the government has been supporting BMW, Mercedes, etc. Your smartphone shouldn't be for decoration; use it to gain more knowledge.
