Hello @zomatocare @zomato we ordered this full grill chicken from MMA Rolls and Kebabs in Bangalore and the food was stinking, rotten, undercooked and had blood clots on it. I reached out to the support team and asked them to collect the food back and see for themselves.

Support did not seem to care and didn't help in any way in fact sent a promo of 127 and asked us to order from the same restaurant. This is the second instance of bad food being delivered from this restaurant. What should we do? Eat it, fall sick and submit our medical bills?

@Jupiter_Cares You'll be surprised to know that HDFC Bank delivered my cheque book and new debit card today within a record span of 4 days of applying. And you guys can't deliver a cheque in 2 months. Literally, Neo banking - you guys suck and @Jupiter_Cares does not really care.

@JitendraGupta @Jupiter_Cares I have faced so much of inconvenience due to this delay. I have never had such a poor experience with banking before. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the banking procedure but someone who messed something up and now is not willing to take up the responsibility.

@JitendraGupta @Jupiter_Cares All they tell me is we are looking into it. Give us 24-48 hours. But it's been over a month now and no one gets back. I'm tried of reaching out everyday. No one is willing to take up responsibility and fix my issue. This was my last resort. Reaching out to you.
