Just so we are ALL CLEAR on what happened today... Educators and school administrators single-handedly CANCELLED SCHOOL for 700,000 North Carolina students... ...INCLUDING MY SON!!! To wave signs around in the street instead. The signs vary from: a) F**K ICE!!! b) Defeat Trump's Agenda c) Trump is a N*ZI d) ICE OUT!!! e) Protect trans kids f) Refuse fascism g) Stop bombing schools DO NOT TELL ME THIS WAS ABOUT KIDS. IT NEVER WAS. This was ADULTS using 700,000 children, INCLUDING MINE, as political leverage against a president they don't like. That is despicable. You know better... DO BETTER.

Dear Lord, As this night falls, grant us unyielding courage to face the darkness, & strength to stand for truth & justice tomorrow. Protect our families, awaken the sleeping, & let Your light shatter the corruption. In Your name, we fight on. Amen. Good night everyone!

Anonymous My husband and I were eating dinner at a restaurant. Couple next to us. Young. Celebrating something. Overheard bits. New job. Finally stable. Excited. Their bill came. Card declined. Tried another. Declined. The joy drained from their table. Started adding up what they could afford. Removing things. My husband grabbed their check. Paid it with ours. Didn’t ask. Just did it. Told the waiter to tell them it was covered. We left before they could thank us. Didn’t want thanks. Just wanted them to keep celebrating. We forgot about it. Three years passed. Got a letter at our house. From them. They’d tracked us down somehow. Waiter remembered us. Helped them find us. Letter said they were getting married. That night was their first date after months of struggle. First celebration after barely surviving. “Someone paying our bill told us the world had good people in it. We held onto that through everything after.” Invited us to their wedding. We went. Didn’t know them. Went anyway. They introduced us to everyone. “These are the people who showed us kindness when we were strangers.” Danced at their wedding. Cried during their vows. Felt like family somehow. They have a baby now. Send us pictures. Christmas cards. Updates. We’re in their life because of one paid check. One moment of seeing people who needed something and providing it. Sometimes family isn’t blood. It’s just people who chose to see you.

I lost my best friend of over 30 years yesterday. He was tragically killed in a work accident. I'm absolutely devastated. He leaves behind a wife and two children. We ended our vacation and immediately flew home. He was my poker buddy, golf pair, confidant, grab a beer, and best friend from since we were 16. My heart is devastated.

In Virginia, a group of high school students is making a real difference by repairing donated cars and giving them away for free to single mothers in need of reliable transportation. At Staunton High School’s automotive technology program, students go far beyond textbook lessons. Under the guidance of their teacher, they restore old vehicles donated by local residents and organizations, bringing them back to safe, road-ready condition. Once the repairs are complete, the cars are gifted to single mothers who often struggle to get to work, school, or medical appointments without dependable transportation. This heartfelt initiative beautifully combines hands-on education with meaningful community service. While building valuable technical skills, these students are also giving struggling families greater independence, freedom, and opportunity for a better future.

I took my daughter out for Chinese food last weekend, she’s 16, old enough to know better. We sat down, and when the waiter came to take our order, she made a comment, A racist one, directed at him, to his face. The waiter kept his composure, took our order, and walked away. I put my menu down and looked at her. She could tell from my face that something was coming, I called the waiter back over, told my daughter to stand up. She looked at me like I had lost my mind, i told her again, she stood up. I told her to apologize to this man properly. She started with a weak “sorry.” I told her that wasn’t good enough, i told her to get on her knees and apologize like she meant it. The restaurant went quiet. She looked around at the other tables. Then she looked at me. Got on her knees, and apologized. The waiter was gracious about it. He told her he appreciated it, then briefly explained what it felt like to deal with comments like that while just trying to do his job. She was crying before he finished talking. We ate our meal mostly in silence. When we got home, I grounded her for a whole month. No phone. No going out. Nothing. Some people told me I went too far. That kneeling was too much, I disagree. She embarrassed a man in his place of work in front of strangers. The least she could do was feel a fraction of that discomfort. I’m not raising a child who thinks people are beneath her. Not on my watch. Was I too harsh, or did my daughter get exactly what she needed?

What do you think about this? Some people have begun boycotting country singer Carrie Underwood after she expressed the view that children should not be exposed to cartoons with LGBTQ themes. She emphasized that kids ought to be brought up with traditional values and that adults should allow them to simply enjoy their childhood. I think Carrie is awesome, and absolutely RIGHT.

I believe he was a good person in bad Hollywood
𝘾𝙈@charlesmore25

November 13, 1987. Michael Jackson meets 4-year old wounded Angela Darlington and her mother, Helen, in Melbourne Children’s Hospital during a stop from his BAD concert there at the Olympic Park Stadium. The mother has this to say on the visit 21 years later: “My daughter, Angela, was in hospital with head injuries after being hit by a car. One day we were told by the nurses that Michael Jackson was coming to visit. We had to keep it a secret, so the hospital wasn’t overwhelmed with fans. There was a big flurry, as his assistants handed out T-shirts and signed copies of his Bad album to everyone on the ward. Then he just walked around and talked to the patients. I said hello. He said hello to me. Then he walked over to Angela. He was very gentle and seemed happy. I got the sense he had a deep love for children, especially those who were hurt. Then he crouched down and said ‘Hello, Angela’. She couldn’t talk, because she’d just come out of a coma, but she started smiling. After that day, she started to get better. I think of him as an inspiration. We’d been having a terrible time — Angela was in hospital and I’d been rung up Lifeline to keep myself together, but he was a total inspiration for the whole ward. I thought: ‘Thank God for sending him’. He just had a presence about him, this great empathy with people who needed to get better. Now, Angela is 25, at university and full of life. There was another boy on the ward who was about 15 and had a huge fan. After Michael’s visit, he started getting better too. His mom thought it was a miracle. I believe many of the children got better after meeting him. I think people should know about this side of Michael. I’ve never believed he was anything but a good person.

🚨🔥 **HOLY SMOKES, AMERICA — THIS IS THE BOMBSHELL WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!** 🔥🚨 DNI @TulsiGabbard just CONFIRMED on The Megyn Kelly Show that she’s leading a full investigation into Anthony Fauci for **alleged perjury** and his direct links to U.S.-funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab as part of the COVID-19 origins probe! Finally… **accountability is coming**. The truth about what really happened is about to explode! 🇺🇸💥 Here’s the **FULL video transcript** so you don’t miss a single word: ☑️Tulsi Gabbard:** “But the thing that we are working with Jay Bhattacharya, the new NIH director on, as well as Secretary Kennedy, is looking at the gain-of-function research that in the case of the Wuhan lab, as well as many others — many of these other bio labs around the world — was actually U.S.-funded and leads to this dangerous kind of research that in many examples has resulted in either a pandemic or some other major health crisis.” ☑️Megyn Kelly:** “Let me ask you specifically… we already know that EcoHealth Alliance was partnering with this Wuhan lab to do gain-of-function research. We just have never been able to have somebody say, ‘And it was that exact experiment that led to this COVID bug.’ But have we gotten there? What’s the new thing you’re digging into?” ☑️Tulsi Gabbard:** “We are working on it with Jay Bhattacharya and look forward to being able to share that hopefully very soon — that specific link between the gain-of-function research and what we saw with COVID-19. I mean, that would be extraordinary. Because just so the audience knows, if it was Peter Daszak’s research with the Wuhan so-called ‘bat lady’ that caused this pandemic, then Anthony Fauci helped fund the thing he denied over and over and over to Senator Rand Paul… under oath. So is it any wonder that he sought a preemptive pardon… by President Biden before he left office? And then strong-armed and smeared people like Dr. Jay Bhattacharya — anybody who came out and said ‘I don’t know if that’s natural. This actually smacks of lab.’ And the reason why this is so important is not just what happened in the past, it’s because this research is happening in bio labs around the world… Who knows what kinds of pathogens are in these labs and if released could create another COVID-like pandemic… But in order to protect the American people’s best interest, we have to bring about an end to it.” ☑️☑️This is **huge**, y’all. The American people deserve the full truth! Who else is fired up for real justice?! Drop your thoughts below and RT if you’re ready for answers! ☑️☑️
