@tescomobile I bought a PAYG SIM and ported over my number. The number is live but says balance is 0 so I’ve added another £10 and it still says balance is 0 ? Not sure what’s wrong 🤷‍♂️

@tescomobile you like to explain why a contract has been cancelled, device has been received but yet you are still holding on for some reason to the £46.99 initial payment and yes today is the 5th working day for that refund. I will be pursuing letter of deadlock today.

@tescomobile you are beyond useless 8 days; several phone calls, visits to store to transfer my old number( a Tesco one) to a new contract. No one can get in touch with me. Your call centre hasn't got a clue neither have you staff in Rotherham. Do not recommend!!!!
