I've been trading unsuccessfully for 27 years. I turned the corner finally, and am now profitable. Your positive words, encouragement, and advice has helped considerably. Part of my routine is meditation, as well. I have a fantastic model, am disciplined with surgical precision, and meditation is a big part of it. I would go so far to say that is it critical.

I have a shot at my first “golden wheel” setting up this Friday. I sold this 400 strike put February 3, 2025, expiring this Friday. If we close under 400, shares will be assigned to my account at a $299.43 cost basis. I can then sell LEAP calls on these shares for additional premium. The goal is to hold the shares over 365 days or forever so I never pay taxes on the initial 100 points of premium received when I sold the put. Tax-free $10,000 gain. I love this setup. This is why I like LEAPs: larger premiums and a chance to never pay taxes on that premium. $tsla
