Our home has been listed for almost 60 days with very little interest. We are pricing it very competitively in our market with the lowest price per square foot. Our home is pristine with a pool four bedrooms 2 1/2 bath and every upgrade you can think of. It’s crazy how this economy, interest rates, and uncertainty with everything going on in our world right now has really affected the housing market. I have to offload this house in the next 40 days so I’m not sure what to do as we are moving into our new construction and I don’t want to pay two mortgages.
