Keeps going until someone’s over 50%. It’s like a deal that keeps negotiating until everyone’s happy. Supporters say it’s fair, gets majority love, less nasty campaigns. Critics, they say it’s confusing, too complex, might lose some votes if you don’t rank all. New York’s using it now, big primary, 11 candidates, no majority yet. It’s a bold move, very bold, but some folks aren’t sure. We’ll see how it shakes out, believe me.
