I was ill for months with constant stomach and IBS flare-ups until I realised it was the Rapeseed oil. Marketed as 'heart-healthy' and low in saturated fat, but it was clearly inflammatory.
Ditch it. Switch to real fats: grass-fed butter, avocado oil or olive oil. Your gut will thank you.

I see this constantly on TikTok in particular. it’s honestly become something of an IQ test these days. The UK market is noticeably less mature, and the Syndica/Alluvi pens are a perfect example of how few consumers actually bother to validate their sources.

What I notice especially in the UK in respects to the peptide space is that random sellers will jump on any post or comment to try and get a sale or push their way into the conversation. Usually these people don’t have a registered limited company and likely poor standards of practice.
Is this what others are seeing from a business perspective both here and abroad mainly those US companies and are those that are purchasing seeing these people jump non their comments and threads and pushing a sale toward them?

People coming from Tirz to Reta need to understand that the appetite suppression is not nearly as strong on Reta. It's estimated to be 20% that of Tirz. The deficit largely comes from increased BMR so in theory you're even eating the same amount but burning an extra 500-700kcal per day.
If you expect Reta to be like Tirz + one Glucagon receptor you're going to be severely disappointed. It takes a real mindset switch for Tirz users to stop chasing this zero-appetite feeling and understand that fueling the metabolism with good food is part of sustained weight loss and muscle retention.
Hunger isn't a problem in need of a solution, it's a solution to your problem.
