@TetonMike @BryanGreenbaum At the recent conference call $PCYO mentioned they are slowing down the planned growth of rentals. Capping it at 60 houses for now.
Honestly, I like the rental house segment as an add on. Just keep upping re-occurring revenues. Eventually, all the lots at Sky Ranch will be gone

I think $PCYO is going to be one of the bigger beneficiaries of more water and energy usage, and it has gotten 0 credit in the last year while all similar plays are up at least 20% if not much more.

The US Energy Secretary confirmed in an interview today that The US has been selling short term oil contracts. Arbitraging longterm contracts earned 20% yield on the SPR release, which happened to start today. Flattening the futures curve will keep oil prices higher for longer.
