We must fully implement all existing documents on security guarantees and also achieve a historic agreement with the United States on security guarantees for Ukraine that will be ratified by the United States Congress. Trump likes being number 2, he likes doing the PR work, being in front of the camera, getting the adulation, but serving the boss. Musk will dominate him at home and Putin will dominate him abroad indefinitely. He will deliver their lines, as he has just done for Putin in shocking fashion, and does for Musk every day. There is no tension for him in that. That is who he is.
