South Africa is held together by geopolitical duct tape but even that is falling because there is so much that Russia or China can do because SA doesn't give anything back, it takes but doesn't create anything, the country will fall apart in our lifetimes which leads to another example that is Brazil, the country's identity it resolves around a sport that they are not even good at anymore, at the end of the day these countries don't have a core population like how Russia's core population is the slavs or Japan even with its outlier groups like Koreans, Chinese, Indonesians etc the core population of Japan is the Japanese/Yamato.

If Africans were at all desirable to live around the mass migration would be from Europe to Africa but it's the other way round. Not every country in Africa was colonized and the ones who were are economically better off than ones that weren't colonized because it united tribes into larger nation states to maximize their productivity and resources. But because they are so backwards they never fully centralized culturally like what happened in Europe so they are warring shit-holes because they are divided into a million different tribal identities and dependent on military intervention to hold these states together. Africa is an example of how even among very similar groups it is difficult to forge a united national identity. Africans lack the abstract thought to even conceive of a broader national identity beyond their tribal loyalties which is why they will either splinter into a million micro-states or be multi-ethnic federations held to together by the investment and military aid of great powers. The reason South Africa holds these many black ethnic groups together is by scapegoating the Boers for all their problems, their national identity is entirely negative and based on actual racial hatred. South Africa is the model for what the future of White countries will be, tribal violent shit-holes held together by persecuting and subjugating the productive White minority who maintain the stability of the nations.
