Dear @Teva I bought these Jerusalem Joggers 2 weeks ago from DSW online and paid good money for them and the stitching is coming undone. I have been wearing Teva’s since I was five years old and they are the sandals of Jesus as he walked on water with Teva’s and I have too after a few beers at the lake but I digress. What are we gonna do about this? Teva’s last me about 4 to 5 years before falling apart that’s why I love them so much. Please help! Sincerely your biggest fan.

@Teva I have been trying to return shoes for the warranty. After six emails back and forth I now need to fill out a form and mail back with my damaged sandals, however the form is now where to be found on website.

@kattyrincox Ouch Kathryn. Blisters can occur from time to time but did you know this typically points to the wrong size shoe being worn? The good news is if these were recently purchased you might have options. DM us with where and when these were purchased if you need more info from us.

I wore what are supposed to be good sandals on a walk today and now have 7 blisters. I think @Teva owes me compensation.

@Teva bought a MEN'S HURRICANE TERRA Dactyl and the magnetic buckle broke in just 2 months of light use. Reached out to teva sg but was told they don't sell replacement buckles. Trusted the brand. Hope to hear a sustainable solution to repair a simple problem.

@Teva , have to say that I am a bit disappointed in the durability of my sandals. It's only been a few years and it is falling apart. No damage to the area. The strap just pulled out!

@Teva I wear Teva Verra sandals exclusively! (Except when I need to wear hiking boots). I have been wearing Teva sandals since 1996. My 5 kids wear Teva. I love Teva!!! Could you re-release Blue Mirage Verra? I bought the Cherries Jubilee but I would like a blue toned choice also

This has to be a design flaw... 3 time the product faled. 1e time I let an shoe repair in Bangkok help me. 2e time a Dutch repairshop... And now I stopped. @teva Just stitch them through no more damage.

Been reminded why I switched from @Teva Tirra to Universal. The soles of these new Tirra are so comfy but the straps are like wrapping sandpaper to your feet. After a day pottering about my feet have been cut to ribbons 😖

@Teva right sandal blew out yesterday on a paved trail. Left sandal this morning, these are very comfortable but the quality is poor.

@Teva I had ordered teva sandals on 15th May for delivery to Ahmedabad, India. On 13th June the selling partnet website veasyservice shows the product as delivered to me. But till date, i have'nt received the shipment!!! I have been writing to their email but there is no reply!!!

@Teva Why do you do men's sandals in black/grey and the women's mainly in only pastel colours?? The Hydratrek in particular. I'd buy a pair if I could buy the darker colours. Who is doing your market research??
