@Teva bought a MEN'S HURRICANE TERRA Dactyl and the magnetic buckle broke in just 2 months of light use. Reached out to teva sg but was told they don't sell replacement buckles. Trusted the brand. Hope to hear a sustainable solution to repair a simple problem.

@Teva , have to say that I am a bit disappointed in the durability of my sandals. It's only been a few years and it is falling apart. No damage to the area. The strap just pulled out!

@Teva I wear Teva Verra sandals exclusively! (Except when I need to wear hiking boots). I have been wearing Teva sandals since 1996. My 5 kids wear Teva. I love Teva!!! Could you re-release Blue Mirage Verra? I bought the Cherries Jubilee but I would like a blue toned choice also

This has to be a design flaw... 3 time the product faled. 1e time I let an shoe repair in Bangkok help me. 2e time a Dutch repairshop... And now I stopped. @teva Just stitch them through no more damage.

Been reminded why I switched from @Teva Tirra to Universal. The soles of these new Tirra are so comfy but the straps are like wrapping sandpaper to your feet. After a day pottering about my feet have been cut to ribbons 😖

@Teva I had ordered teva sandals on 15th May for delivery to Ahmedabad, India. On 13th June the selling partnet website veasyservice shows the product as delivered to me. But till date, i have'nt received the shipment!!! I have been writing to their email but there is no reply!!!
