Even if our senators get off their lazy butts and pass the Save America Act, the electronic voting systems make it easy for the puppet masters to manipulate the outcome of the election anyway. So while we all know that the Save America Act is necessary to start down the road of fair voting, it’s not the end. We need to revert back to paper ballots certified by the bipartisan volunteers maintaining our election integrity.

@Lorionafarm Before TX AG Ken Paxton leaves office, he needs to charge and arrest the TEXAS Deputy SOS Dave Nelson for breaking the laws of the Texas Election Code and, quite possibly, those of the Federal Election Commission.

The Secretary of State project, funded by Soros et al, recognized the SoS position was a weak point in the election process and invested millions to install their corrupt candidates across the country. The SoS is the most important position for election integrity, yet year after year the SoS position is hardly mentioned, ignored by GOP/RNC and influencers, all while your elections are being hijacked. Many of the corrupt SoS candidates are plants, running as "Republicans" to give cover to their nefarious activities. Case in point, Kim Wyman of WA state ran as a Republican and won in a blue state, then resigned to work in the Biden administration. Texas, you have to focus on your local elections, from Governor down to dog catcher. Vet the candidates well, or better yet, step around the GOP/RNC and draft candidates you know support the cause of liberty, and pay special attention to the Sec of State position.

That is total and complete bullshit. I know a lot of people in Texas and I have yet to meet a solitary individual who voted for him.

Texas just proved it's not a red state—it's a captured one. Certification was a deliberate policy choice by the Governor's team, the Legislature, and the SOS to shield the vendor's bottom line and the political class's control over outcomes. Every Texas voter gets stuck with machines that experts proved cannot guarantee integrity without massive human safeguards. That is textbook state-sponsored election interference. It is fraud on 30+ million Texans who expect their vote to be counted as cast, not as some sophisticated actor or insider decides. The entire establishment now owns every "victory" that flows from these machines. The stench is permanent. No more excuses. No more "trust the process." Rip it out and go back to hand-marked paper ballots, counted in public view by citizens, with full chain-of-custody and real-time audits; or admit you're fine with elections that can be gamed at scale. Texans see exactly who sold out election security for power and contracts. Every single one of you in Austin who let this happen is on notice.

12/13/ Jane Nelson was sworn in on Sam Houston's Bible. The record before her — including reports from the AG-appointed examiner and multiple SOS examiners —across multiple voting sysyem versions, established the voting system could not meet the standards of §122.001(a). The SOS own reports prove these systems have never been suitable, safe, nor secure from unauthorized access and manipulation--never secure enough for use in 254 Counties as primary election conducting systems. She did not sign the certification order. She had her Deputy sign it. One Texan upheld his oath. The other is violating hers. The Bible is the same. The duty is the same. The difference is character.

11/ On March 16, 1861, Sam Houston sat in the Capitol basement while his name was called three times to take an oath he would not swear. He lost the Governorship. He would not put his name to what he knew was wrong, and he would not let another sign in his place. He upheld his oath at the cost of the office. @SecJaneNelson shame on you. You know these systems grossly fail to meet the standards of Texas law, in multiple ways, fatal to the Republic, but hiding behind your Deputy?

9/ The March 31 certification order was not signed by Secretary Jane Nelson. It was signed by the Deputy Secretary of State. Texas Government Code §405.004 authorizes the Deputy to act only when the Secretary is "absent or unable to act." No public record establishes she was either. Where was she? @SecJaneNelson
