But whatever it is, it simply isn't cloud seeding, because flying planes in the open sky isn't how cloud seeding works.

Hey, just wanted to clear up some confusion here. Cloud seeding occurs *within clouds* for obvious reasons. If there are no clouds, there's no reason to perform cloud seeding. Rainmaker doesn't operate any planes or drones in Colorado anyway, but this is 100% not cloud seeding you're seeing here.
